2025 WACAC Conference

We invite you to be "All In" for the 2025 WACAC Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada from May 14 - 16. We are pleased to announce registration is open!

As always, we have a strong lineup of sessions and we are looking forward to pre-conference workshops, college tours, a Counselor College Fair, and WACAC’s third CBO Fair. After the success of the CBO Fair in Sacramento, we are excited to once again give our CBO colleagues the opportunity to showcase their organizations to college representatives and other conference attendees. Both fairs will be held on May 15, which is the same day as the one-day conference registration option.

Scholarships
If you have applied for a scholarship to attend the WACAC Conference, please wait to register until you have heard from our Scholarship Committee. If you are selected to receive a scholarship, you will receive a registration code to cover the cost of registration. Note: If you register prior to receiving the code, WACAC cannot reimburse the cost.

PLEASE NOTE - if you would like the membership rate, you need to join BEFORE you register for the conference. Membership is $60 ($40 for retired or students and free for public school counselors and CBOs). If the Non-Member rate populates, that means you are not a member and need to check your current membership status before proceeding further in the registration process. WACAC cannot refund you if you pay for the non-member rate before signing up for membership.

Registration Timeline:
Early Bird: through April 18 (We've extended Early Bird through April 18!)
Regular: April 19 - April 30
Late/Onsite: May 1 - 16

Checks will only be accepted Through March 31. After that, only credit card payments will be allowed.

While you may notice that the registration costs are higher this year than at previous conferences, please note that WACAC has proudly maintained affordable registration rates for conference attendees for over 10 years.

As a result of inflation and the rising cost of food and other expenses, WACAC Conference registration fees are higher for Las Vegas 2025 in order to ensure all attendees have a quality conference experience consistent with WACAC standards. We are proud to offer WACAC Conference attendees a competitive room rate at Planet Hollywood, the host hotel. This is significantly lower than typical host hotel costs!

Not a member of WACAC (yet) but planning to attend the conference? We encourage you to consider becoming a member of WACAC today! Not only will your membership provide you with access to professional development opportunities and other valuable WACAC resources, but you will also save money on conference registration as a member.

Pre-conference workshop fees:
Early Bird/Regular registration (Feb. 1- April 30)- $100

Exhibitor Fees
$1200 includes exhibit booth and attendance for 1 exhibitor
$200 for first additional exhibitor team member registration

Refund Information
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to WACAC at [email protected] no later than April 21, 2025 (5:00 pm PST). A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. No refund requests will be accepted after April 21, 2025. Onsite registrants are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed (electronically or by mail) following the conference. 

Host Hotel
The host hotel and conference site is Planet Hollywood. Please consider booking your room at the conference rate of $79 plus taxes with no resort fee through the reservation link here.

Phone reservations for the group block are available by calling 1-866-317-1829. Please reference group name WACAC 2025 Annual Conference or group code SMWAC5. However, a processing fee of $15 per reservation will be added.

Guests can make reservations at the group rate until Saturday, April 19. After that date, this special rate will only be offered based on hotel availability.
