Registration & Refund Information

WACAC Member Conference Registration is $25 for Virtual SLC and $65 for Chapman & Santa Clara SLCs. Non-Member Conference Registration is $35 for Virtual SLC and $85 for Chapman & Santa Clara SLCs. If on-site registration is available for Chapman and Santa Clara (if they have capacity), there will be an additional $20 fee.

WACAC Membership runs through June 30 and is FREE for all public school and community-based organization counselors. WACAC membership registration fees are only $60 ($40 for retired/student members). If you currently are not a WACAC member, you should consider joining now prior to registering for the SLC events. You will save $20 off the SLC fee and have the opportunity to get further discounts for events like our Annual Conference. For more information on the benefits of being a WACAC member and to register, click here.

Online registration for the Virtual SLC is open through the morning of February 23, 2022. Regular online registration for Chapman and Santa Clara closes one week prior to the event or when the event reaches capacity. There are NO REFUNDS for Share, Learn and Connect programs.

Scholarships
Applications for scholarships to attend SLC are open until January 7, 2022. If you intend to apply or have applied for a scholarship to attend SLC, please wait to register until you have heard from our Planning Committee. If you are selected to receive a scholarship, you will be given a registration code to cover the cost of registration. If you register prior to receiving the code, we cannot reimburse the cost.

Note for College/University Representatives
If you are a College/University Representative wishing to have a COLLEGE FAIR TABLE at Chapman and/or Santa Clara, please be sure to indicate "yes" to the college fair table question that appears after selecting your SLC locations in your conference registration. For the Virtual SLC, in lieu of the usual college fair, we are putting together other outreach options (including videos, trivia, and an optional Q&A) for you to connect with participants. Our team will follow up with you after registration about specific details.

If you are a College/University Representative, your registration is contingent on your current membership in WACAC. If you are not a current 2021-2022 WACAC Member (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022), you will first need to join and be approved for membership in our organization before attempting to register for the fairs. To check your membership status, click here. You will NOT see the College Fair questions if you are NOT a current WACAC member.

If you are not a member of WACAC but are planning to represent your institution at the SLC college fairs, you can have a current WACAC member in your office register your school under their account (you can attend the fair in their place). If you realize that you are not a member and would like to join WACAC, please click here.

COVID-19 Protocols
WACAC is committed to adhering to state, local, and host site COVID-19 guidelines at our Spring 2022 events. Please be aware that we will reach out closer to the event date with information on how we will maintain compliance. This could include precautions like mask requirements, efforts to social distance, proof of vaccination, or negative COVID-19 test, etc.
