WACAC is excited to provide an opportunity for colleges and universities from throughout the country to meet with prospective students in California with in-person fairs being held in Santa Clara, Templeton, Los Angeles, and San Diego.  

We have partnered with StriveScan to provide scanning software that will be included in your WACAC fair registration. All attendees will be required to use their own cell phone or iPad to use the StriveScan app to scan students' barcodes.

Registration Fees per fair date 
Early (WACAC members only) (2/1/22 to 2/28/22) - $325.00 per fair / $1100 for all four fairs 
Regular (3/1/22 to 4/9/22) - $390.00 per fair / $1360 for all four fairs 
Late (4/10/22 to day of fair if space available) - $490.00 per fair / $1760 for all four fairs

We are only accepting credit card payments for college fair registrations.
Cancellations will only be allowed until 4/10/22. There will be a $50 cancellation fee. After this date, fees are non-refundable.

Early registration is open to WACAC members only. Due to max capacity restrictions at both events, we highly encourage you to join or renew your WACAC membership at https://www.wacac.org/join. WACAC Membership runs from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. 

Covid-19 Protocols
WACAC is committed to adhering to state, local, and host site COVID-19 guidelines at our Spring 2022 events. Please be aware that we will reach out closer to our events with information on how we will maintain compliance. We can confirm that two of our college fair locations will include a requirement to show proof of vaccination and that a face mask will be required at all of our events (even the outdoors fairs).
