We are happy to announce that registration is open for the 2022 WACAC Annual Conference on April 12 – April 14, 2022! Our theme is "Come Together" and we are excited to reunite in person for the first time since 2019.

As always, we have a strong lineup of sessions and we are looking forward to the return of pre-conference workshops, college tours, and the Counselor College Fair. This year, we are introducing a CBO Fair, which will allow our CBO colleagues to showcase their organizations to college representatives and other conference attendees. Both fairs will be held on April 13, the same day as the one-day conference registration option.

Covid-19 Protocols
WACAC is committed to adhering to state, local, and host site COVID-19 guidelines at our Spring 2022 events. Please be aware that we will reach out closer to the conference with information on how we will maintain compliance. We can confirm this will include a requirement to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results; additionally, compliance could also include precautions like mask requirements, efforts to social distance, etc.

Scholarships
If you intend to apply or have applied for a scholarship to attend the WACAC Conference, please wait to register until you have heard from our Scholarship Committee. If you are selected to receive a scholarship, you will be given a registration code to cover the cost of registration. If you register prior to receiving the code, we cannot reimburse the cost.

Refund Information
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to WACAC at [email protected] no later than April 1, 2022 (5:00 pm PST). A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. No refund requests will be accepted after April 1, 2022. Late/On-Site registrants are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed (electronically or by mail) following the conference.
